First of all, the Penny Loafers are SO COOL!!!! The family team at the South OKC location were so much more than “just” friendly service. I mean, they explained EVERYTHING to me & made sure I understood my devices & how to take them out & put them back in. The man I saw was just AMAZING. I’m not sure of his name, (Mark, maybe?), but not only were his Penny Loafers AWESOME… but his manners were so great! He was fun to talk to! His daughter, Ashley, did an amazing job of answering all of my questions & getting me checked in as quickly as possible. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place!! Let me tell you Phillip and Ashley are the best ive ever been to. I went to see them for hearing aids I had purchased from another audiology buisness and couldn't hear good at all. Phillip was amazing….he had to re-program them and got them much better….but come to find out the other audiologist fitted me with the wrong kind for my hearing. Pioneer was so helpful and mist kind and knowledgeable audiologist I've seen or heard, lol, in years. These people really care about getting you the best hearing possible!!!!! We went to other hearing aid companies and the service wasn't personable and the prices were very expensive. I spoke to Phillip and told him what we were going through with other companies and he worked with us to get the best hearing aids for my grandmother at a great price. They took time with her and that was important for me. Another plus was that they were cheaper and she got batteries for life with the hearing aids she chose. Yay! I recently got rechargeable hearing aids and Eric adjusted them to what we thought was the correct volume, but after a few days the volume of the air in the furnace was too loud I called Eric he said come back, and we will adjust it I did and he adjusted the aids.and they work great now.

Pioneer’s service is at a much higher level than you will find from a Sam’s, Costco, online retailers or even other local hearing centers. In my search for improved hearing, I’ve tried them all!
