Our Staff

Bob Casburn has been licensed in the state of Oklahoma since 1995, and received his board certification in January of 1997. Bob sees most of our new patients in the Norman office, and has literally fit hundreds of hearing instruments in the 9 years he has worked with Pioneer. His experience in the technical aspects of hearing instruments, coupled with his love for people, has enabled him to help thousands of folks hear better. Bob is well known for many home-grown sayings, but one of his favorites is: "If we can think about it, we can do it." This is the kind of thinking makes Pioneer the best choice for you and your family's hearing needs.

Eric Fouts, Practice Manager and Specialist, has been with Pioneer Hearing Aid Center for over 11 years. His backgound is in computer science, and he has a wide array of experience in small business and customer service.

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Mark and Becky Hollingshead have owned Pioneer Hearing Aid Center since 1978. When they received their licenses in 1981 they were the youngest licensed specialists in Oklahoma. Watching their business grow and help thousands of Oklahomans hear better has been very rewarding, and they continue working hard to keep Pioneer at the front of the industry.

Christopher is excited to carry on the the Pioneer tradition as his parents have been doing since 1978. Christopher is working out of the Norman office, but is also broadening the scope of our in home services. If you know someone who cannot drive to our practice locations but would like to hear better, please call and ask about setting a time for Chris to visit them in their home!

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Mark Thompson has been dispensing hearing aids since 1989 and has been Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences since 1993. Mark is well versed in the older linear hearing aids and is able to modify shells and do repairs. He is skilled with a computer and that makes him most proficient at fitting the newer digital hearing instruments. Mark Thompson travels to Shawnee, Seminole and other areas.
