Eric Fouts, Practice Manager and Specialist, has been with Pioneer Hearing Aid Center for since 1995. His backgound is in computer science, and he has a wide array of experience in small business and customer service. He is available to help you with your hearing instrument needs in our Norman and Edmond Offices

Bob CasburnBC-HIS
Bob Casburn has been licensed in the state of Oklahoma since 1995, and received his board certification in January of 1997. Bob sees most of our new patients in the Norman office, and has literally fit hundreds of hearing instruments in the 9 years he has worked with Pioneer. His experience in the technical aspects of hearing instruments, coupled with his love for people, has enabled him to help thousands of folks hear better. Bob is well known for many home-grown sayings, but one of his favorites is: "If we can think about it, we can do it." This is the kind of thinking makes Pioneer the best choice for you and your family's hearing needs.

Christopher HollingsheadHIS
Christopher is excited to carry on the the Pioneer tradition as his parents have been doing since 1978. Christopher is available to see you in OKC on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and in Norman on Thursdays. Call for an appointment, or drop by any Wednesday and he'll be happy to chat with you about your hearing needs.

Philip HollingsworthHIS
Since 2008 Philip has been helping our clients with annual hearing tests and routine maintenance. As part of our dispensing staff, he has helped many people in our Edmond, Norman and OKC offices with adjustments to their current hearing aids as well as fitting them with the newest technology. Philip keeps hours in OKC on Mondays and Thursdays, Norman on Tuesdays and Edmond on Wednesdays
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Mark ThompsonBC-HIS
Mark Thompson has been dispensing hearing aids since 1989 and has been Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences since 1993. Mark is well versed in the older linear hearing aids and is able to modify shells and do repairs. He is skilled with a computer and that makes him most proficient at fitting the newer digital hearing instruments. Mark Thompson travels to Shawnee, Seminole and other areas. Ashley HollingsworthHIS
Carrying on the tradition of the the Hollingshead family in serving the needs of Pioneer's clients, Ashley has been the driving force in helping us with the new social media. Ashley is responsible for our quarterly newsletter and our Facebook page.
Rebekah RutledgeRebekah has been with Pioneer since 2000. Rebekah keeps our books in order and looks out for the interests of our patient when they need financial or warranty information.
Judy FoutsHIS
Judy has worked with Pioneer since 1995. She has been caring for patient records and inventory control and recently got her Oklahoma State License for Hearing Aid testing and dispensing.
